MSI Global Alliance's New York law firm member Moses & Singer is ranked as number 80 among the 100 largest private law offices in New York state by the New York Law Journal, maintaining its position from last year.
The firm has the distinction of being one of only four firms in the top 100 with only one office. The ranking's sole criterion for inclusion is the size of a firm's New York state office as of 7 December 2009, regardless of where a firm is headquartered, whether it claims a home office or in what state or country it originated or has the majority of its lawyers. Moses & Singer was ranked 87 in 2008.
