MSI's Boston law firm member, Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C. today announced that Gary Bubb has been appointed chair of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Bubb’s practice concentrates on business acquisitions and dispositions, private placements, venture capital financing, joint ventures, and federal corporate, partnership and compensation tax law. He possesses over 25 years experience as a transactional and tax lawyer. His clients are primarily privately-held companies for which he handles a broad range of business transactions.
“Gary is extremely knowledgeable on handling complex business deals, including mergers and acquisitions, and with respect to tax issues,” said Christopher P. Litterio, managing shareholder of the firm. “Gary’s ability to close deals in a strategic, tax-efficient and timely manner provides great value to our clients.”
Mr. Bubb has been with Ruberto, Israel & Weiner since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law with Ardiff & Morse, P.C. in Danvers, MA.
Mr. Bubb is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Securities Section of the Boston Bar Association. He has published several articles on tax law issues in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
Mr. Bubb received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1982. He also has a Masters degree in taxation from Boston University and Bachelor of Arts from Gordon College.
