ANCAP, the Uruguayan state-owned fuel and alcohol company, has issued a request for all companies interested in participating in a project focused on the construction of a liquid petroleum gas (regasification -LPG) plant to come forward.
The plant is to be built in Montevideo and will supply Uruguay and Argentina using existing gas pipelines.
Interested parties must be able to supply LPG to the plant and should get in touch with ANCAP before the 11 April, 2008.
The Public Tender for the construction project will be published in the very near future.
