Mr. Ludwig Ng, senior partner at MSI's recently appointed Hong Kong law firm member, Or Ng & Chan, was recently invited by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) to speak at the Business Forum on "Hong Kong and Guangdong: Your Partners for Success in China" in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The forum was co-organized by HKTDC and the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Guangdong Provincial Government, aimed at exploring promising tripartite co-operation opportunities among Hong Kong, China and Denmark. There were over 230 participants from Europe attending the forum.
In Mr. Ng's presentation, "Hong Kong as a springboard to the China market – the IP aspect", he outlined the basic differences between IP systems in China and Hong Kong as well as how Hong Kong could become a springboard to the Chinese market.
