Lim Chor Ghee, a partner at our new Vietnamese accouting member VIETVALUES Audit and Consulting Group, will be presenting at The Asia Business Forum's conference titled "Corporate Tax Planning, Transfer Pricing and Compliance: Planning Approaches in Challenging Times and in a Shifting Operating Environment."
The event taking place in Singapore from 11-12 May will bring together 14 tax experts from 9 countries who will discuss topics focused around domestic and cross border tax planning. Chor Ghee will be presenting on strategic planning in optimising withholding tax for cross border investments, and will also provide a half day post conference workshop titled "Cross Border Tax Planning for Foreign Direct Investment" on 13 May.
As a bit of background on Chor Ghee, he has over 16 years experience in corporate management and consulting, and was previously the vice president (legal and corporate affairs) for a public-listed multinational in Hong Kong, where he managed group corporate affairs for international business operations in more than 15 countries. He trained with Coopers & Lybrand and PWC.
