MSI's London accounting firm member, haysmacintyre, existing auditor and tax adviser for Croatian company Cubus Lux plc, acted as reporting accountant as the tourism and leisure group was re-admitted to AIM last month.
The move came following the reverse takeover of two Croatian land-developing companies, together known as the Olive Island resort, for €27.5 million (£21.1 million). The 384,000 sq metres of land is set for development projects, including a 431-unit village resort and a 500-bed four star hotel.
The team was led by partner Ian Cliffe, assisted by Andrew Ball and David Cox.
“This, the largest and most exciting Cubus Lux deal we have undertaken in recent times, gives the company the potential to establish itself as a leader in Croatia’s tourism and leisure sector,” comments Cliffe.
