Spanish accounting firm member Audalia is a distributor of a human talent management solution in Spain and Portugal. The product was created by ExecuTrack, which was recently acquired by STEPSTONE, a London Stock Exchange listed company.
Audalia has invested three years in developing the solution among Spanish corporations and now has the following clients: UNION FENOSA (the third largest electricity company in Spain), SEAT (part of Volkswagen), GONVARRI (largest group of metallic suppliers to the car industry), SPANAIR (Spain's second largest airline), AZKOYEN (quoted corporation selling vending machines), TUBACEX (quoted company), SCHINDLER (escalators), etc.
In Germany, clients of the product include Lufthansa, Deutsche Post, Johnson & Johnson, and a number of smaller corporations.
Although currently used predominantly by larger corporations, a number of these companies use it for a smaller number of employees, and use of the software is expected to expand in the future to other groups.
Audalia is involved in implementations involving companies with over 50 specialist employees, and use in companies below 50 staff does not make commercial sense.
Professional firms tend to have in place a number of procedures, e.g. to evaluate employees and directors (even 360 degree evaluationss), compensattion procedures (even for expats), and career planning programs. But few have implemented software that integrates all talent functionalities within an organisation.
"A tool that allows professional companies to structure and synchronise different talent management procedures, will be incredibly valuable to their business," says Santiago Alio, a partner at the firm.
"We can provide MSI member firms with a proven, multilingual solution that has been implemented in many different countries."
