Extensive membership knowledge Secretariat staff have detailed knowldge of the membership, and team representatives will be at every MSI meeting. The staff know individual members personally and are aware of the expertise available within firms.
Finger on the pulse MSI's innovative CRM system enables us to keep track of the joining process for prospective members and interactions with and between members, giving us a complete overview of referral and other activity taking place.
Putting members in touch Connecting members and locating contacts where MSI does not have existing contacts is one of the Secretariat's key roles. Members can consult with staff when they or their clients are doing busines in unfamiliar countries.
Supporting the referral process The MSI team follow up on on any communications between members to ensure a prompt response has been received. This helps reduce any delays caused by technical or cultural issues.
Focused on retention The Member Services team regularly review the membership and extends resources to less active members to reinvigorate membership.
