He
was the vice president (legal & corporate affairs) for a multinational
company listed in Hong Kong with turnover of
USD1.5bn in 2002. In that capacity, he managed legal, taxation, insurance and
corporate affairs for the group’s business operations in more than 15 countries,
and has acquired extensive experience in dealing with foreign direct
investment, corporate structures, strategic alliances and joint ventures and
cross border financial management. In his early career days, he trained with
international accounting firms Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse (now
PricewaterhouseCoopers), and has served as corporate affairs consultant for
several companies.
