Mr. Utain is a principal in the Commercial Litigation Department. His practice involves all areas of real estate and business disputes, including title litigation, contract disputes, business torts, and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Utain represents and counsels clients regarding various employment matters involving employment contracts, restrictive covenants/non-compete agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. The majority of his practice is before federal and state courts and alternative dispute forums. Mr. Utain also has extensive experience representing his clients before federal and state agencies. He has also handled domain name disputes in accordance with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
