MSI's Baltimore law firm member, Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC (ARD&H), one of the city's oldest law firms, is pleased to announce that Miriam B. Altman has joined the Firm’s Business Group as an Associate. She will concentrate her practice in the areas of business, life science, and intellectual property.

Ms. Altman is a skilled transactional attorney with extensive experience negotiating and drafting sophisticated agreements for national and international relationships, including the biotech, retail/clothing and construction industries. Ms. Altman has global experience and perspective, obtained from working for companies all over the world, including Australia, Israel, and Jordan. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Altman served as Contracts Manager for a privately held biotech company in Maryland.

Ms. Altman received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, her M.A. in Legal & International Affairs from the American University School of International Service, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Altman is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and an Adjunct Professor at Strayer University in Newington, Virginia. Ms. Altman resides in Baltimore County.
