As part of its strategy to strengthen the law firm membership in Latin America, MSI sponsored last week's International Bar Association First Conference of The Americas in Mexico City.
The three-day event hosted at the Camino Real Hotel and attended by over 450 delegates from Latin and North America not only boosted MSI's profile as the only international law firm network represented, but also enabled MSI to make valuable law firm contacts that could play a vital role in MSI's future in Latin America.
Says Giles Brake, MSI's Marketing Manager: "The event attracted attendees from high-quality law firms across the Americas region, and has really put MSI Global Alliance on the map. Valuable contacts were made with leading independent law firms with heavyweight commercial teams and internationally focused client bases in key target countries Brazil, Chile and Colombia, as well as other countries throughout the region. We will be continuing discussions with these firms in the near future and anticipate making some exciting announcements soon."
