Room rate
The MSI group room-only rate is US$195 (single occupancy) US$205 (double occupancy) per night. This rate is subject to sales tax at 13%. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 12pm. The hotel room rate and incidentals should be paid individually on departure of the hotel. Guest room availability at this rate is on a first-come, first-served basis. January is high season in Miami so please try to reserve your room early. Any remaining rooms have to be released on 9th January. If you want the group rate please book your room through MSI. Any penalty fee incurred as a result of late cancellation (within 48 hours) or no-show will be passed on to you
Cost
The meeting will be hosted by MSI, so there will be no costs associated with the meeting sessions or lunches. The reception will be sponsored by local member firms Barnes & Associates CPA PA and Concepción Sexton & Martinez. Delegates need to meet their own travel and accommodation costs. There is no obligation to stay at the conference hotel.
