Dessewffy, David & Partners adds new practice group and gains two large clients

MSI's Hungarian law firm member Dessewffy, David & Partners has launched a new niche energy practice and has already set about winning new clients.

The firm is now representing a Central European investor who is planning to to enter into a EUR 187 million transaction in the wind energy sector. The firm is also advising a solar cell producer company on a M&A transaction it has entered into with a US investor.
