Over the years United Consultants FDP and MSI FDP-Aval have received numerous requests from both MSI members and directly from foreign clients for assistance with the registration of branch or joint venture companies in Russia and the outsourcing of accounting requirements.
The company has now signed a Partnership Agreement with a leading professional firm in St. Petersburg, Russia's “Northern Capital”, and can now offer foreign clients and MSI member firms the following services:
- The outsourcing of general and/or tax accounting, preparation of tax declarations;
-The registration of companies and branches (representative offices) of foreign companies in St. Petersburg
