MSI's Board of Directors consists of six non-executive directors drawn from the two founding firms haysmacintyre (London accounting firm member) and Abels Decker Kuhfuss & Partner (German multidisciplinary member firm). MSI's Chief Executive James Mendelssohn also sits on the Board and acts as the link between the Board and the Secretariat team.
