This small, yet knowledgeable team of full time staff makes a range of skills and expertise available to independent member firms active in the international market place, ensuring marketing and business development opportunities are maximised, and cultural issues and client service expectations understood. 

Unlike some of its competitors, MSI's Secretariat is staffed by real people who understand the needs of the members and entrepreneurial, middle market companies.

Donal is responsible for providing the strategic direction for MSI and managing the day-to-day operations of the Secretariat. His remit includes both maintaining the existing membership and strengthening the association, as well as ensuring that MSI continues to provide a strong and innovative service offering to members.

Member Relations Manager

Emma Reeves provides support to the current membership by working with firms to help them maximise the benefits available to them, and by following up on communications and referrals between member firms. She also reviews all applications for membership from prospective firms before putting forward appropriate firms for further consideration.

Marketing and Business Development Manager

Pauline Rottstock is responsible for the marketing and business development activities at MSI Global. Her main focus is on marketing the association to external stakeholders and building strong relationships internally with members with the overall objective of enhancing the profile of MSI within the international marketplace.

Marketing Executive

Maya Rollinson provides team marketing support with her main responsibilities focusing on the publishing of association news and newsletters. Maya also looks after the design and maintenance of pre-membership and induction materials, and handles all press surveys and international directory changes.

Hayley Wilkinson

Events & Office Services Executive

Hayley Wilkinson is responsible for organising MSI's varied range of conferences and meetings, at the local, regional and international levels. Hayley also ensures the smooth running of all administrative aspects of the MSI Secretariat including the facilitation of all communications to members initiated through the website or directly by email.
