Major boost for Aus / NZ companies doing business in China

Fast-growing Chinese law firm Broad & Bright has joined MSI Global Alliance, making it easier for the clients of the Australian and New Zealand MSI membership to do business in China.

The firm, which has 16 partners and 47 lawyers based between Beijing and Shanghai, is one of the China’s fastest growing firms.

About 70% of the work undertaken by the firm is for foreign companies, and roughly 90% of the firm’s work is of a cross-border nature. Key practice areas include corporate and commercial transactions, international trade, antitrust, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
