MSI Global Alliance has taken steps to further strengthen its law firm presence in South East Asia by appointing leading independent full-service law firm Or Ng & Chan as its Hong Kong law firm member.
Established in 1992, Or Ng & Chan has grown organically to become a team of 25 lawyers and a total staff of more than 60 people. The firm is focused on the Hong Kong and China markets, but also serves companies from the Far East, U.S.and Europe, with a broad range of commercial legal services including mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and arbitration, banking, finance and securities, shipping and logistics, intellectual property, trust and probate, real estate and property transactions.
