MSI Global Alliance (MSI) has increased its law firm presence in the United States of America through the appointment of leading, independent full-service commercial law firm Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe as its Orlando law firm member.
Established in 1984, Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe is recognised as one of Orlando’s largest law firms and provides clients throughout the State with a broad range of commercial legal services including corporate, tax, real estate, litigation, banking and finance, creditors’ rights/bankruptcy, estate and trust planning, probate and trust administration, workers’ compensation, and arbitration and mediation.
