As of 1 October 2008, Dale International Trust Company Limited becomes MSI Global Alliance's specialist offshore services member in Mauritius.
The firm is part of Trinity Financial Group Limited, a Mauritian Stock Exchange listed company, and is a member of the Association of Trust & Management Companies In Mauritius (ITMC), and holds a Management Company License from the country's Financial Services Commission. Nolands, MSI's accounting member in Cape Town, regularly works with the firm and holds them in very high regard.
Dale International Trust Company specialises in the financial services sector, with many clients coming from South Africa and wanting to invest in the UK and U.S. The firm therefore needs to extend with its clients internationally in order to provide seamless access to the carefully selected, independent law and accounting firms that are members of MSI Global Alliance.
Founded in 2000, the firm provides offshore trustee and secretarial services including: professional trusteeship, company formation and administration; provision of directors, secretary and nominee shareholding; registered agent and registered office facilities; maintenance of books and accounting records; setting up and administration of Managed Trust Operations; establishment and management of Protected Cell Companies (PCCs); and the setting up of Private Trust Companies.
