Audit & Assurance
Statutory Audits
Statutory audits compromise the examination of the books and other records of corporate entities in compliance with the requirements of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990. Our audits are guided using internationally accepted audit guidelines, as well as specially tailored audit programmes with a view to arriving at our opinions efficiently and with minimum risk.
Non-statutory Audits
Similar to statutory audits except that the entities are not under obligation under the Companies and Allied Matter Act, 1990 to conduct such reviews routinely.
Accountancy
Accountancy support services include:
- - Preparation of periodic accounts for resource constrained clients. We use our proprietary accounting software in preparing the required accounts, with information derived from client's detailed or incomplete records made available to us.
- - Provision of outsourced staffing of the Accounts Function of an entity for pre-defined periods. These services may range in scope responsibility, from clerical (book-keeping) to oversight of the Accounts function.
- - Computerization of entity accounting and management information systems.
