Abdul Rahman Al-Qaoud office and Co. (Public Accountants) specialises in the following fields:
EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL AUDIT:
Our main job in the professional practice is in the field of examining the clients’ final financial statements for the purpose of giving the professional independent opinion regarding the same. This examination is usually conducted according to the audit international standards issued by the Internal Accountants Federation.
In many cases, we carry out this assignment for the purpose of giving opinion to the capital owners, and the administrative officer, as well as who may be concerned.
Audit procedures which we conduct during our examination are made as per the highest international levels. In this context, we give great care to the revision of the following items:

Study and appraisal of the internal control system and the accounting procedures followed.

Monitor the actual inventory procedures.

Stick to the complete independence from the assets and liabilities and the actual verification from the existence of the same, as well as the soundness of its calculation.
We normally present a report to the management regarding the points of failure or weakness in the internal control system, and the accounting procedures, as well as any penalties or accounting defaults that we may notice during our examination.
TAXES:
Our services in the field of taxes include the following:

Preparation and revision of tax information of companies and individuals, and the study of tax estimations.

Preparation and follow-up of tax information presented to the tax department in the Ministry of Finance, and answering the enquiries of tax inspectors.

Consultancy regarding the tax subject in the general in the State of Kuwait.
JUDICIAL GUARDIANSHIP:
We possess a great experience in the field as a result of our appointment by the Court of First Instance for managing several establishments and companies in our capacity of being approved judicial guards.
LIQUIDATION WORKS:
Abdul Rahman Mubarak Al-Qaoud has a great role, and is a schedule expert, and an approved judicial liquidator.
We possess a broad experience in this field for many years, and we have liquidated many companies in the State of Kuwait whether prior the invasion or post the liberation- for many legal forms–whether these companies are shareholding or owned by individuals.
