We are a dynamically expanding, Polish accounting and auditing group, with an international reach.
KR Audyt has been in business for more than 10 years. Our earlier
practical experience was gained in the largest worldwide auditing and
consulting companies, and in investigation departments of tax
authorities.
We provide comprehensive services in book-keeping, tax calculation and payroll, as well as in management accounting. Our clients are mainly Polish companies with foreign capital involvement and foreign entities doing business in Poland.

Practice Overview
Bookkeeping and Management Reporting
A fundamental part of KR Audyt Group’s activities are book-keeping services. We provide these while complying fully with accounting principles, described both in Polish accounting regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards and ensuring that they are of the highest quality. We also have many years of experience in solving our clients’ problems, whatever the legal structure of their business, or their actual stage of development.
The book-keeping system we use in providing services has been selected in such as way as to ensure flexibility of services provided and possibility of adopting solutions to meet clients’ requirements. The system allows, among others, access and operations via the internet.
Our services include:
- financial and management reporting
- generation of all other reports and declarations required by law
- generation of sophisticated management reports in specific formats required by clients
- representation during tax inspections
- early identification of tax risks
- possibility of clear communication in English in all issues
Accounting system
The Group’s staff is experienced in working with many different programs and book-keeping systems used by our clients. We usually suggest implementation of our system to new clients, as it has been chosen to ensure complete flexibility in adjusting modules to clients’ requirements. The system allows accounts to be reviewed or financial reports created moments after completion of data entry from any location in the world with internet access.
The program’s modular structure allows such operations as sales, expenses, invoicing or payments to be made with a single action.
Management reporting
We are able to generate sophisticated reports tailored to our clients’ individual management reporting needs and requirements. We specialise in providing statements and reports in English for the particular requirements of foreign shareholders.
VAT Representation in Poland
KR Audyt Group is authorised to provide tax representation services to companies based outside the European Union, which intend to register in Poland for VAT settlement purposes.
The largest world corporations have entrusted us with their VAT representation.
Tax Services
We also offer a wide range of tax-related services. We have a separate tax team composed of specialists and practitioners in tax advice and tax inspections, with a deep knowledge of VAT and personal and corporate income taxes. Our clients receive far-reaching assistance in resolving their complicated tax issues.

We have broad experience in assisting with tax inspections, particularly by the Second Tax Office for Warsaw Central District, which is the proper office for all foreign firms which are registered for VAT settlement purposes.

Payroll
