Overview
Established in January 2009, SBKG & associés was created through the merger of the law firms of Schmidt Brunet & associés and Krief Gordon & associés, a process initiated in 2007.
The firm focuses on business law, with a particular emphasis in international matters as demonstrated by its clients, nearly half of whom are from outside of France.
More specifically, SBKG & associés is known for its expertise in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, tax law, intellectual property and business litigation. From every perspective, these are particularly demanding practice areas and involve all of the firm’s departments.

NICT
The New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) department has a broad range of expertise in the field of new technologies. Besides advising companies whose activity is directly or indirectly linked to new methods of communication, the NICT department also advises on disputes.
It is in particular consulted by software publishers, multimedia producers, web site designers and developers, in addition to other types of suppliers in technological transfer (softwear and functionalities disposal), electronic commerce regulation and data base and personal data protection.

Our Public Law team provides support to both public law and private law entities via early counsel, which it can offer when an invitation to tender is published, when contract documents are drafted, during the contract management process, in drafting memoranda of complaint or during their audit, as part of negotiations and in possible litigation.
