Adrian P. Castro is the newest member of our litigation team. Prior to joining our team at Fairfield and Woods, Adrian worked for White and Case LLP in New York. There, he represented and counseled clients on numerous litigation and bankruptcy matters, including violations of federal security statutes, disputes premised on fraud, breach of contract, antitrust violations, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and violations of state and federal RICO statutes. Adrian also acted as Pro Bono counsel for immigrant children abandoned in the United States and for battered women seeking various forms of legal redress.

During law school, Adrian worked as a Research Editor for the Hofstra Law Review and was Vice President of the Latin American Law Student Association. Adrian graduated 6^th in his class and received three Dean's Awards for Academic Achievement. He was also the recipient of the Barbara and Maurice Deane Full Academic Scholarship.

Adrian and his wife, both New York natives, moved to Colorado this fall and are looking forward to skiing and enjoying the great Colorado outdoors. Adrian will be sitting for the Colorado Bar in February.
