Alan Kupferberg joined Moses & Singer in 1990, and practices as senior associate in the Trusts and Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. He has extensive experience in estate administration and estate planning, as well as in Surrogate's Court practice, where he deals with complex litigation, representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kupferberg was on the editorial staff of several industry-wide publications rising to managing editor. He was published three times in the professional journal Estate Planning, about the value and tax consequences of life insurance in buy-sell agreements, and is a past Chairman of the Special Committee on Volunteer Lawyers (1989-1991) of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Kupferberg was admitted to the Bar in 1980 and has worked exclusively in the field of trusts and estates since then.
