Albert Leung is a senior consultant of ONC Lawyers.
While maintaining his conveyancing practice, he also engages actively in civil and commercial litigation, company and commercial law, wills and probate matters.
Overview
Albert was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1979 and has been a full time lawyer for over 25 years. Before joining ONC Lawyers, he was the senior partner of Albert Leung & Co. founded by him in 1987. He joined ONC Lawyers in October 2002 as a Consultant.
After his admission he mainly engaged in civil and criminal litigation. He also practiced matrimonial and banking law. In the early 80's he diversified his practice into the booming conveyancing and commercial practice. He handled conveyancing in the secondary market as well as large-scale project conveyancing including conveyancing for developers and the Hong Kong Housing Authority.
In 1995, he was appointed by the Chinese Ministry of Justice as a China-Appointed Attesting Officer. With this background he has since developed his caseload of China investment and China Real Estate.
Albert is the director and legal adviser of various companies including listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
