Andrea’s practice includes the handling of complex litigation cases in the areas insurance defense, premises liability, medical malpractice and personal injury cases.  Her clients include large companies, insurers, and medical doctors and medical professionals.

Andrea has extensive experience litigating disputes on behalf of insurers and companies which are brought by individuals. She also has experience in the handling of commercial disputes as well as declaratory actions and interpleaders.  Andrea has represented medical doctors and medical professionals in cases before the Florida Department of Health in administrative actions taken by various medical boards, including the Board of Dentistry, Board of Nursing, Board of Pharmacy and the Board of Medicine.

Andrea has devoted a substantial portion of her time focusing on issues and problems facing the Hispanic community and community at large.  As a result, she was elected to serve as President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida.  She also has been court appointed to serve as guardian ad litem for minors in the negotiations of substantial settlements.
