Andrew is presently the Managing Partner of Aitken Partners and has been a partner since 1990. He is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and acts for individuals, partnerships and small, medium and large private companies in a wide range of disputes, including compulsory acquisition. His preferred approach is to resolve disputes in order to avoid costly litigation, but is equally adept at representing his clients in all courts.
