Andrew James is Head of the Construction and Engineering Team and joint Head of the Litigation Department. Andrew specialises in construction and engineering law, and advises on procurement, contracts, and resolving disputes.

For non-contentious advice and transactions the team has experience of PFI, Partnering PPP, traditional construction procurement and acts for and advises clients at all levels in the supply chain from developer or council to the supplier of goods.

The Department are regular users of the MSI referral network both for sending out referrals to Member firms as well as receiving incoming referrals.
