Overview

With  years of experience both nationally and internationally, my primary practice area is Arbitration both domestic and international and Litigation covering various aspects of corporate, commercial, litigation, property and administrative works. I have extensive experience providing business clientele with a broad range of legal advice.

With my experience in arbitration, I have worked closely on major international arbitrations under the UNCITRAL, ICC and LCIA Rules under Indian and English laws in the fields of Banking, Trade in Global Depository Receipts, Infrastructure and related to Joint Venture Agreements and on domestic arbitrations in the fields of Infrastructure, Insurance, Shipping and Lotteries. I have been handling a variety of cases ranging from negotiations in commercial shipping projects and power projects to constitutional questions, including the challenge to a recently enacted legislation.
