Azman bin Othman Luk is a partner in the corporate and finance department of Chooi & Company. He has experience of a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions, and concentrates primarily on securities law and regulation, capital markets, strategic investments, multimedia law, and restructurings.
Azman graduated in law from Durham University, England in 1989, and holds an LLM in corporate and commercial law from the University of London. After being called to the Bar of England & Wales and a nine-month stint as a pupil in the chambers of R Neville Thomas QC, he joined Chooi & Company as a pupil in 1992. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1993 and became a partner in 1997.
Azman speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia.
