Barry S. Zone is a partner whose practice focuses on commercial, civil and criminal litigation, with an emphasis on securities and white-collar criminal defense and appeals in federal and state courts. Barry’s broad litigation experience includes representing clients in matters involving national security and the intelligence community, as well as international prosecutions. He also represents both general and sub-contracting firms in connection with the prosecution and defense of construction litigation.

During the first half of his career, Barry was an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York, where he was responsible for both general and white-collar prosecutions. As a prosecutor, he was also involved in joint prosecutions with the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.
