My name is Borja Prieto, I am manager in the labor and payroll outsourcing department, managing clients from different industries and enviroments. We are used to implement payroll services in European and US countries that want to implement and improve their services in Spain.
We are used to offer advanced advising in all labor areas, as compensation and benefits policies, remuneration reports, and administration procedures.
Overview
My job is splitted in different areas.
Payroll outsourcing policies in multi cultural enviroments, we are used to giving advice of how to implement a payroll policy coordinated with the Spanish legal requirements. We deal with companies of different sizes and industries.
Labor advice in order to guide our clients to reach their goals , using the benefits given in contracts , social security gains, and all the information and specific reports related to the company activity.
Auditing the social job done in house or outsourced in different companies from Audalia, we are experts checking the labor output of the companies, these process are often requested in due diligence processes, acquisitions, etc.
Labour prevention risk advising ; In Spain the safety at work is an important requirement, the penalties are really high in Spain, we guide our clients in order to comply with all the requirements of the Prevention risk law.
