Overview
Brad Croft is a shareholder and a member of the Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice on complex construction, real estate, and general commercial disputes. He represents general contractors, owners, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as developers and sureties, in all aspects of construction law claims. Brad counsels his construction clients on risk avoidance and ways to minimize their exposure to liability and legal fees. His clients rely on his experience and expertise to draft and negotiate all types of contracts relating to construction projects and to resolve construction and real estate disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation in State and Federal Courts.
Brad's 15 years of litigation experience also includes general commercial matters arising from real property, employment, and securities and financial services disputes. Prior to joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, he practiced with Holland & Knight LLP and Murtha Cullina LLP.
Brad is the current chair of the Boston Bar Association Construction Law Committee and a member of the Steering Committees for the both the litigation and real estate sections. He also serves on the Steering Committee of a division of the Amercian Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry, a leading national construction law organization.
