Overview
Brian D. Wallace practices in the areas of securities and finance, business and corporate and technology and emerging growth. He represents and counsels a wide range of entrepreneurial and emerging growth companies in commercial and corporate transactions, intellectual property, anti-trust compliance, venture capital and other private equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes and securities arbitration and litigation. Brian joined us after practicing law for several years in Tucson, Arizona.
During law school, Brian was the articles editor of the Arizona Law Review, and also was recognized as the outstanding oral advocate for first year moot court. In 1991, he was a legal intern in Washington, D.C. for U.S. Senator Dennis Deconcini, working on the Senate Judiciary’s Patent, Copyright, and Trademark Subcommittee. Prior to law school, he was an accountant and financial analyst for Electronic Data Systems in Texas and Germany.
Brian serves on the associate Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and on the Exploring Board of the Boy Scouts. He enjoys squash, tennis, golf, winter sports, and good food and wine.
