Overview
Mr Burkhard Kluever is an attorney and notary in the Bremen office. He studied law in Kiel. He joined the firm after passing his first state examination, was admitted to the bar in 1986, became an attorney specializing in tax law, and has been a partner since 1990. His appointment as a civil law notary was made in 1994. After concentrating on international shipping and transport law for about 12 years, he shifted his focus to the fields of international commercial and corporate law and tax law, particularly customs and excise taxes. He is Chairman of the German Wool Arbitration Board [Deutsches Wollschiedsgericht] and a member of the supervisory board of an independent auditing company.
