In addition, he has represented banks, securities broker-dealers and other financial institutions in a variety of matters, including litigation to set aside fraudulent conveyances, corporate “raiding” and breach of fiduciary duty claims, and violation of state and federal securities regulations.

He has also represented a number of state and local entities in disputes over interpretation of constitutional tax and spending limitations. Craig has substantial trial and appellate experience, and has argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and South Dakota. Prior to entering private practice, he served as the law clerk to Hon.
