Dan has specialised in insolvency matters since 2004 and joined Harrison Clark in May 2007 having previously worked at a major firm in Birmingham focusing on both corporate and personal insolvency matters including transactional work, appointment advice and anti-avoidance litigation.
He has advised Insolvency Practitioners (predominately Office Holders), bankrupts, bankrupt’s spouses/partners (including property co-owners), directors and creditors.
Dan also has a commercial understanding of Insolvency Practitioners requirements and expectations in respect of proposed appointments, insolvency leads and reciprocation
He is part of the Corporate Recovery Team specialising in re-structuring and re-financing businesses.
