Overview

Daniel Goldberg is Chair of the firm's Litigation Department and practices principally in the areas of construction litigation and business disputes. He is also skilled at alternative dispute resolution.

Daniel has more than twenty years experience handling issues arising from construction projects at both the state and federal levels.

His representation includes national suppliers in connection with significant bond and lien claims. He has developed a unique bond and lien process for major suppliers which efficiently tracks multiple matters at the same time. Additionally, Daniel has written about and teaches seminars on bonds, liens, and credit issues.

Daniel also handles issues and disputes related to contracts, particularly noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements, and has developed internal systems to protect clients' proprietary business information, trade secrets and goodwill, and confidential information.

While at Suffolk University Law School, Daniel was a member of the National Moot Court Team (1985-1986). He was also a Contributing Author (1984-1985) and served as Comment Editor (1985-1986) of the Suffolk University Transnational Law Journal.

After graduating from law school, Daniel served a clerkship with Chief Justice Frederic Allen of the Vermont Supreme Court (1986-1987). He has taught for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education for a number of years.
