After 8 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Lawyer for a major French Law Firm, Delphine Brunet-Stoclet took the opportunity to open the Intellectual Property Department of SBKG (previously Schmidt Brunet & Associés)
Delphine Brunet-Stoclet holds a Master of IP Law and after 5 years of practice in the field, acquired the title of a French Intellectual Property Specialist.
As head of the IP Department for 12 years, Delphine Brunet-Stoclet overseas all Intellectual Property litigation matters, specifically covering trademark, copyright, design patent, advertising and consumer law. Delphine and the IP team also consult clients on how to best protect their Intellectual Property rights and how to best minimize the potential for infringements.
Furthermore Delphine has carved out a niche in luxury goods infringement matters and breach of agent distribution contracts.
Delphine acted as senior lawyer in the Belvedere v.s. British American Tabacco, a landmark case in French trademark law.
Delphine Brunet-Stoclet is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) where she is a member of the European Anti-counterfeiting Committee.
In France, Delphine belongs to the Association of Practionners for Trademark and Design Patents (APRAM).
