Overview

Elizabeth A. Corradino is a partner in Moses & Singer’s Entertainment, Intellectual Property, Privacy, New Media and Advertising practice groups. She has been practicing law at the firm since 1991 when she completed a clerkship for the Honorable Robert J. Doumar, United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia.

Ms. Corradino’s broad-based entertainment practice includes working with clients to advantageously solve the legal and business issues that arise in the negotiation of television and motion picture agreements, including rights acquisitions and production, talent and distribution agreements, as well as in publishing, theater, and technology and related transactions. Ms. Corradino also counsels clients with respect to agreements that enable them to protect and exploit their intellectual property in all forms of media and regularly advises clients on transactions as diverse as sponsorship and endorsement agreements and promotional marketing.

A former member of the New York City Bar Association’s Entertainment Law Committee, Ms. Corradino continues to stay informed about developments in the entertainment industry and intellectual property law through her membership in organizations such as New York Women in Film & Television, the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Promotional Marketing Association. She also presents programs, authors articles and comments on issues relating to entertainment and intellectual property law.
