Emily Hoyt is a member of the Taxation Service Group where she helps clients with various matters involving state and local, international, corporate and transactional taxation. Emily has participated in the research and revision of published pieces detailing partners' distributive shares and partnership terminations and has also prepared presentations on the U.S. government's international tax proposals.
