George W. Broseman, a principalof the firm, is a meber of the firm's Land Use and Zoning Departments.  He concentrates in the areas of zoning, land use and real estate.  Mr. Broseman has handled numerous land use cases for the wide array of clients including developers, homebuilders, homeowners, landowners, educational institutions, religious institutions, hospitals and businesses for a period of over 18 years. 
Mr. Broseman has handled land use cases in scores of municipalities throughout various regions in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  He has appeared before hundreds of zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, governing bodies, historical commissions and sewer and water authorities.  Mr. Broseman also assists clients in receiving development permits from County, State and Federal agencies.
