Gilad Barzily, Real Estate Appraiser (Accountant)
Gilad is the manager of the Economics and Real Estate Division.
Gilad is manager of audit files, serves as an internal auditor for several organizations and public entities, coordinates projects specializing in economics, funding, and real estate. In addition, Gilad directs investigative audits performed by the Firm. He is a member of the Internal Audit Institute in Israel.

Audit management for a variety of organizations ranging in size and specialization, including Government entities, real estate
Contracting companies, manufacturing and trade companies, public and private.
Internal audit management for a variety of companies. Gilad presently serves as an internal auditor for the Controller of the Tax Authorities, Company for the Development of East Jerusalem, manufacturing and trade companies, public and private. Gilad engages in preparation of economic projects, including business planning and forecasting.
In addition, Gilad is involved in tax computations, including capital gains tax on land transactions.
Gilad's qualifications as an appraiser, economist and certified public accountant bring a multi-faceted approach to the diverse aspects of a client's needs. His analysis of the effects of available alternatives from the economic, tax, accounting and real estate viewpoints results in maximization of benefit for the client.
Gilad is experienced in audit of public and private companies operating in various branches of the economy. He has also done extensive work in the field of real estate appraisals and specialized projects that require combined accounting and appraisal know-how.
Gilad received extensive specialization training in real estate appraisal while working with the Government appraiser and the Justice Ministry, where he engaged in preparation of appraisals for various sectors of Government divisions: Israel Lands Administration, general custodian, Amidar Housing, Ministry of Finance, and others.
Upon completing his training, Gilad transferred to the private sector, where he engaged, inter alia, in the following:
Valuation of various land parcels for preparation of tenders and in order to compute amounts payable to the Israel Land Administration.
Computation of Betterment tax payable to the municipal Authorities.
Allocation of real estate and land assets among partners and computation of compensatory payments when requested.
Valuation of land and real estate owned by companies in order to valuate the companies as "going concerns" and computation of taxes due on the property in the event of realization of land and real estate assets.
Valuation of assets for businesses where the real estate is an integral part of the business enterprise, including gas stations, hotels, vacation resorts, sports centers, etc. In these instances, the asset and the business are a single entity in accordance with the "going concern" approach.
Gilad is involved, too, in development of economic projects for companies in the real estate field.
Gilad specializes in valuations of "going concerns," regarding single entities comprising real estate and business activity, including hotels, retirement homes, gas stations, parks, etc. Herein we see the multi-faceted approach and Gilad's expertise in approaching appraisals, accounting, taxation and economics issues for the maximum benefit to the client.
