Overview

My practice covers the broad swathe of Value Added Tax (VAT/GST), as it is applied in the UK, including its application to overseas transactions of UK suppliers, or UK transactions of overseas suppliers.

I have a particular interest in real estate and the not for profit sector, both of which throw up complex VAT issues.

I lecture widely on the circuit, particularly to not pfor profit audiences.  I have articles published frequently in Estates Gazette, Charity Finance, and Accountancy Magazine (these are all mainstream industry leading magazine titles) as well as the specialist tax journals.

I am CTA qualified (Chartered Tax Adviser), and an MBA (from Warwick University)
