As part of his personal injury practice Harlan has extensive experience representing individuals who have been exposed to toxic levels of carbon monoxide.

Harlan was born in Algona, Iowa and lived in Charles City, Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa. He then served in the U.S. Navy before attending law school at the University of Denver. He enjoys flying his airplane, biking, golf and scuba diving. Harlan is an avid photographer and enjoys travel with his family.
