Howard Siegel joined Moses & Singer as a partner in 2007. He regularly advises financial institutions, including asset-based lenders and lenders to financially distressed companies, in connection with structuring and documenting complex corporate and financing transactions. His areas of focus include acquisition and other leveraged financings, asset-based and cash flow-based financings, first and second lien financings and fund subscription financings.

Mr. Siegel has also represented international and domestic clients in a broad range of corporate and financing transactions, including the purchase and sale of distressed businesses and the financing of such transactions, debt workouts and restructurings, public offerings, private placements of equity and debt, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
