This has ranged from due diligence assignments, financial modelling and working capital projections, private and public fundraisings, group reconstructions and MBI’s/MBO’s to AIM/PLUS listings. A significant number of the transactions Ian has worked on at haysmacintyre have involved International Companies/Groups from a variety of countries including the US, Israel, Croatia, France and Germany to name but a few.

Recent public transactions on AIM include the reverse acquisition of an overseas leisure and tourism group and the listing of a US medical device group.
